TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE AND CONTRACTING

1. Object. These conditions regulate access, navigation and contracting of the storage room rental services offered through this website.

2. Service offered. The service consists of renting storage spaces (storage rooms) for private or professional use.

  • It is not a home
  • It is not a registered office
  • It is not a regular work space

3. Contracting process. The contracting is carried out electronically through the website. The user must:

  • Select the storage room
  • Provide the required data
  • Accept these conditions
  • Make the corresponding payment
  • Confirmation of the process implies the formalization of the contract.

4. Access to the facilities. Access to the storage rooms is carried out through digital systems or personal codes. The user is responsible for:

  • The custody of their access system
  • Not sharing it with third parties
  • The correct use of the facilities

5. Prices and payments. The prices of the storage rooms are those indicated on the website. Payment is made periodically (monthly) through the enabled systems. In the event of non-payment:

  • Access to the storage room may be suspended
  • Surcharges may be applied
  • Legal actions may be initiated

6. Duration and cancellation. The contract has a monthly duration that is automatically renewable. The user may request cancellation with a minimum of 15 days' notice. Cancellation does not exempt from payment of outstanding amounts.

7. Use of the storage room. The user undertakes to use the storage room appropriately and in accordance with the regulations. It is prohibited to store:

  • Dangerous or flammable products
  • Illegal substances
  • Animals
  • Materials that may generate nuisance or risks

8. Responsibility. The goods deposited in the storage room are the exclusive responsibility of the user. The owner is not responsible for:

  • Theft
  • Damage
  • Loss

Although the contract includes basic insurance, it is recommended that the user take out additional insurance.

9. Access by the owner. The owner reserves the right to access the storage rooms in the event of:

  • Emergency
  • Risk to the facilities
  • Legal compliance

Whenever possible, the user will be notified in advance.

10. Termination of the contract. The owner may terminate the contract in the event of:

  • Non-payment
  • Breach of the conditions
  • Improper use of the storage room

This may entail:

  • Blocking of access
  • Removal of goods according to legal procedure

11. Data protection. The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy available on the website.

12. Modifications. The owner reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. The new conditions will be applicable from the moment of their publication.

13. Applicable legislation. These conditions are governed by Spanish legislation.
