Is there a minimum rental period? When you reserve a storage unit with us, you only commit to paying for the first full month. It's that simple.

Can I access it whenever I want? We've integrated with our digital access control partner to automatically generate and provide you with a unique code to access both our facilities and your storage unit. This way, you'll have access to your belongings 24/7 via a digital access app on your mobile phone or by keyboard and tablet at our facilities.

I've reserved a storage unit. How do I know where it is? Once you've reserved your storage unit and created an account, you can see the exact location of your unit on the facility map before you arrive. You can also access more useful information in your profile.

How do I know which storage unit size to choose? We have a size guide with helpful descriptions for each type of unit we offer, so you can see real examples of what fits in our different size options.

Are my belongings insured? Yes, all your belongings stored in our facilities are covered by basic insurance included in your contract.

What can't I store in the storage units? It is not permitted to store hazardous, flammable, explosive, or perishable materials, animals, or illegal substances. For more details, please see the specific terms and conditions in your contract.

How secure is my storage unit? Security is our priority. Our facilities are equipped with high-definition surveillance cameras operating 24 hours a day, access controlled by unique codes, and alarm systems throughout the premises. Regular checks are performed to ensure proper functioning.
